Mi Español es Muy Mal.: Recovery Day

Everyone else went sandboarding today, but MK and I decided not to go. It was hurting my ribs just to laugh and walk, and knowing how ~~coordinated~~ uncoordinated I am, I decided it would be a better idea for me to sit out. The first and only time I ever went snowboarding, I ended up using my snowboard as a sled =D. Maybe the sandboard would make a better sled, who knows, maybe I will find out one day.

MK and I went to go check out the souvenir store, Apiat, that our taxi driver Eddy recommended. It was mainly just useless souvenirs, but we didn't look in too much detail as we were both hungry and wanted to go back for lunch. We also got lost for a bit getting there so by the time we did reach the place, there wasn't that much time and we didn't want to make Mama Rosa wait. There are alot of vendors and shops in the area, so I plan to go back next weekend to go shopping.

Overall, today was a nice and relaxing day which was desperately needed as the last 3 days was extremely exhausting. It didn't help that I am out of shape and surfing requires mucho upper body strength

Since I have no actual pictures from today for this post, and I know that no one is actually reading, other than my parents, I will post some pictures of the my journey to Peru.
